Debit Cards as well as Visa, American Express and Mastercard Credit Cards are accepted over the phone. Flex spending accounts are also accepted. Exact cash only payments may be made at Smithfield City Office located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, during regular business hours (7:00 A.M - 6:00 P.M., Monday - Thursday).
