Smithfield City contracts with the Cache County Building Department for issuance of all building permits.

Prior to obtaining a building permit, Smithfield City will issue a zoning clearance.  Zoning clearances MUST be approved before Cache County will issue a building permit.  You may contact the Cache County Building Department at 179 N Main St #305, Logan, UT 84321 or (435) 755-1650.

***NOTE: All previous versions of the New Construction form will no longer be accepted. The new form including the Logan City Sewer Impact Fee must be used.***
