Public Hearing - 03/13/24 6:45 P.M. - Ord 24-11 (City Council) - Utility Fee Clarification

The Smithfield City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:45 P.M. The Public Hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 24-11, an Ordinance amending the Smithfield City Municipal Code Title 8 “Health and Safety”, Chapter 8.20 “Garbage Collection and Disposal”, Section 8.20.050 “Service Charges”, Title 13 “Public Services”, Chapter 13.04 “Water Service System”, Section 13.04.330 “Discontinuance of Service”, and Chapter 13.24 “Storm Water Sewer System”, Section 13.24.070 “System of Rates and Charges”.
