Public Hearing - 11/16/22 6:45 P.M. - Ord 22-27 (Planning Commission) - MPC and PUD Front Setback

The Smithfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:45 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 22-27, an Ordinance amending the Smithfield City Municipal Code Title 17 “Zoning Regulations”, Chapter 17.81 “Master Planned Community (MPC) Zone”, Section 17.81.050 “Development Standards” and Chapter 17.88 “Planned Unit Developments”, Section 17.88.060 “Application of PUD to Underlying Zone”.
