Public Hearing - 11/09/22 6:45 P.M. - Ord 22-24 (City Council) - Hearing Officer

The Smithfield City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:45 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 22-24, an Ordinance amending the Smithfield City Municipal Code Title 2 “Administration and Personnel”, Chapter 2.16 “City Officers Generally” by adding in its entirety 2.16.170 “Hearing Officer”.
