Public Hearing - 08/17/22 6:35 P.M. - Ord 22-16 (Planning Commission) - Rezone at 550 West 600 South

The Smithfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:35 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 22-16, an Ordinance rezoning Cache County Parcel Numbers 08-108-0003, 08-108-0004 and 08-108-0006 from A-5 (Agricultural 5-Acre) to M-1 (Manufacturing). The parcels are located at approximately 550 West 600 South and total approximately 10.00 acres.
