Public Hearing - 05/18/22 6:45 P.M. - Ord 22-10 (Planning Commission) - Rezone at 510 East 600 North

The Smithfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:45 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 22-10, an Ordinance rezoning Cache County Parcel Number 08-044-0041 from A-10 (Agricultural 10-Acre) to R-1-12 (Single Family Residential 12,000 Square Feet). The parcel is approximately 16.54 acres of which 7.46 acres is already zoned R-1-12. The parcel is located at approximately 510 East 600 North and the acreage being requested to be rezoned is approximately 9.08 acres.
