Public Hearing - 05/26/21 7:00 P.M. - Ord 21-20 (City Council) - Library Board Creation

The Smithfield City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 7:00 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 21-20, an Ordinance amending the Smithfield City Municipal Code Title 2 “Administration and Personnel” by adding in its entirety Chapter 2.47 “Library Board”, Sections 2.47.010 “Creation and Establishment of the Library Board”, 2.47.020 “Duties and Responsibilities of the Board” and 2.47.030 “Term of Office”.
