Public Hearing - 08/25/21 6:45 P.M. - Ord 21-29 (City Council) - Special Events

The Smithfield City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:45 P.M. The Public Hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 21-29, an Ordinance amending the Smithfield City Municipal Code Title 9 “Public Peace and Welfare” by adding in its entirety  Chapter 9.25 “Special Events”, Sections 9.25.010 “Purpose”, 9.25.020 “Definitions”, 9.25.030 “Permit Required, Exceptions”, 9.25.040 “Application Procedure, Deadlines, Submittal Requirements, Fees”, 9.25.050 “Application Review Process”, 9.25.060 “Special Event Permit Issuance or Denial”, 9.25.070 “Supplemental Regulations”, 9.25.080 “Violation” and 9.25.090 “Liability Clause”.
