Public Hearing - 06/22/22 6:45 P.M. - Ord 22-12 (City Council) - Firework Restrictions

The Smithfield City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:45 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 22-12, an Ordinance amending the Smithfield City Municipal Code Title 8 “Health and Safety” by adding in its entirety Section 8.04.060 “Annual Fire Restriction Order”.
