Public Hearing - 03/10/21 7:00 P.M. - (City Council) - Ord 21-08 - Well Protection Zone

The Smithfield City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 7:00 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 21-08, an Ordinance amending the Smithfield City Municipal Code Title 13 “Public Services”, Chapter 13.04 “Water Service System”, adding in its entirety Section 13.04.225 “Source Protection Zones For Groundwater Wells”, Section 13.04.226 “Prohibited Activities” and Section 13.04.227 “Enforcement, Violation, Penalty”.
