Public Hearing - 02/10/21 7:00 P.M. - (City Council) - Ord 21-06 - Petition for Services

The Smithfield City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 7:00 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 21-06, an Ordinance amending the Smithfield City Municipal Code Title 13 “Public Services”, Section 13.04.390 “Supply of Water Services to Person Outside the Municipal Limits”, Section 13.04.400 “Petition for Service”, Section 13.04.410 “Extensions may be Mastermetered”, Section 13.04.420 “Cost of Extensions within Municipal Limits”, Section 13.16.470 “Petition for Service Outside City” and Section 13.16.480 “Extensions may be Mastermetered”.
