Public Hearing - 10/19/22 6:40 P.M. - Ord 22-22 (Planning Commission) - Rezone at 700 West 600 North

The Smithfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:40 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 22-22, an Ordinance rezoning Cache County Parcel Numbers 08-042-0003, 08-042-0025, 08-042-0024 and 08-042-0007 from A-10 (Agricultural 10-Acre) and R-1-10 PUD (Single Family Residential 10,000 Square Feet Planned Unit Development Overlay Zone) to MPC (Master Planned Community).  The parcels are located at approximately 700 West 600 North and total approximately 66.49 acres.
