Public Hearing - 08/21/2024 6:35 PM - Ord - 24-20 (Planning Commission) - an Ordinance amending the Smithfield City Municipal Code

The Smithfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:35 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 24-20, an Ordinance amending the Smithfield City Municipal Code Title 17 “Zoning Regulations”, Chapter 17.92 “Accessory Dwelling Unit”, Section 17.92.040 “Definitions”.
