Public Hearing - 07/21/21 7:00 P.M. - Ord 21-24 (Planning Commission) - Accessory Apartment

The Smithfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 7:00 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 21-24, an Ordinance amending the Smithfield City Municipal Code Title 17, “Zoning Regulations”, Chapter 17.92 “Accessory Apartment”, Section 17.92.010 “Purpose of Chapter”, Section 17.92.020 “Conditions” and adding in its entirety Section 17.92.040 “Definitions”.
