Public Hearing - 05/19/21 6:45 P.M. - Ord 21-22 (Planning Commission) - Rezone at approximately 200 South 800 West

The Smithfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:45 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 21-22, an Ordinance rezoning Cache County Parcel Numbers 08-083-0061 and 08-083-0012 from RA-2 (Residential Agricultural 2-Acre) to R-1-20 (Single Family Residential 20,000 Square Feet). The parcels are located at approximately 200 South 800 West. The parcels total approximately 8.48 acres.
