Public Hearing - 05/15/2024 6:35 PM - Ord - 24-12 (Planning Commission) - an Ordinance Amending Smithfield City Municipal Codes

The Smithfield City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:35 P.M. The Public Hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 24-12, an Ordinance amending the Smithfield City Municipal Code Title 16 “Subdivision Regulations”, Chapter 16.22 “Improvement Bonding and Warranty”, Section 16.22.010 “Security for Subdivision Improvements” and Chapter 16.04 “General Provisions”, Section 16.04.050 “General Responsibilities”.
