The Smithfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 7:00 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 21-18, an Ordinance rezoning Cache County Parcel Number 08-062-0006 from CBD (Central Business District) to CBD (MU) (Central Business District Mixed-Use Overlay).   The parcel is located at 32 East 100 North and is 0.18 acres.
