The Smithfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:35 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 21-16, an Ordinance rezoning Cache County Parcel Number 08-118-0014 from CC (Community Commercial) to RM (Multiple Family Residential). The parcel is located at approximately 80 East 600 South and is approximately 1.76 acres.
