Mission Statement: The mission statement of the Smithfield City Arts Council is to enhance the quality of life in our community through community engagement, diversity, multicultural education and appreciation of the cultural arts.

The Arts Council meets the second Monday of each month at 7:00 P.M. at the City Office Building.
