The Smithfield City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:35 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 22-04, an Ordinance amending the Smithfield City Municipal Code Title 2 “Administration and Personnel”, Chapter 2.08 “City Council”, Sections 2.08.010 “Governing Body”, 2.08.020 “Quorom”, 2.08.030 “Voting”, 2.08.040 “Agenda”; and Title 5 “Business Licenses and Regulations”, Chapter 5.04 “Business Licenses Generally”, Section 5.04.010 “Definitions”.
